I am the first person to ask for a license to operate a mobile pop-up (retail store) in the City of Chicago. It's been a struggle working with the City and is still ongoing but I've obtained a temporary license while the City Counsel reviews mine and a couple other trucks' cases. In the meantime, I've been operating on the streets of Chicago and at various outdoor events which caught the eye of Chicago Innovation Awards. I've been honored to be a nominee for the last two years.
